1) Availability of the service
By placing an order on www.spaziodg.com, you ensure that you are over 18 years of age.
The products offered are distributed in Australia, Canada, Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom, United States, and the member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands), and Sweden.
The items that you wish to purchase should be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon.

3) Product availability
Orders are subject to the availability of the products.
If the shipment could not be made due to difficulties in terms of supply or quality requirements, the customer will be notified immediately and the amount of the items not sent will be refunded.
The items purchased at Spazio will be shipped through the international UPS courier company and will be delivered within approximately 2 to 5 business days.
The shipping costs are 0 € (FREE) for all orders of minimum 50 euros to member states of the European Union. If the order is of less than 50 euros, the costs will be of 15 euros. For orders to other countries, the costs will be of 15 euros or free on orders above 125 euros.
The shipment will be confirmed and sent within the terms indicated in the shipping confirmation, except for unexpected or extraordinary circumstances, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the confirmation of the order.
The tracking of orders can be done through the website of the courier company where it will be indicated, at all times, where the goods are located until their final reception.
It will be understood that the delivery has taken place at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products.
5) Impossibility of delivery
If the courier cannot deliver the shipping a first time the package will be deposited at the carrier's office and you will be notified to pick it up or request a second/third delivery attempt.
If within 10 business days (14 days) after the order is available for delivery the order has not been delivered, the contract will be terminated and we will refund all payments made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery date on which we consider the contract terminated.
6) Prices and payment
The prices of www.spaziodg.com are shown in Euros and include VAT.
Orders can be paid using Visa or MasterCard or by using PayPal.
By clicking on "Checkout" you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder.
With the aim of guaranteeing a secure transaction, we use secure payment systems from leading financial institutions.
The confidential payment data is provided by you directly in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution, we are never in possession of this information.
For the payment with cards only CES transactions (Secure Electronic Commerce) are accepted with the international 3D Secure protocol that is distinguished by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode badges.
The welcome voucher can't be used with products that had already an extra discount.
7) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without the need for justification as long as the garment or item has not been used or damaged (as long as it is not a defect).
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day the order was delivered.
To make the return you must enter the customer area and in the Returns section you can manage the return request.
Once accepted the return you will receive the label to make the shipment and a courier will proceed to pick up the package without any cost for you.
The return of the purchased items must be done in the same state that the product was received and with all the identification tags included.
If any of the items of your return does not meet these conditions we will not be able to refund the money of the return and we will send your purchase back again.
It must be packaged carefully and include the delivery note or the return note duly completed.
Once the return has been received and after verifying the good condition of the items, we will proceed to refund the amounts paid for the items returned in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
8) Return defective product
In case you consider that the products do not conform to the stipulations of the contract you should contact us immediately to provide us with the product data and the damage it presents.
Once the return has been made and the returned product has been carefully examined, we will notify you by email if it is possible to replace it or if we proceed to refund the amount of the defective item.
The refunds for defective item will be made entirely in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
