Time and costs
Committed to the best service and fast delivery, the shipments are managed by UPS.
As a general rule, the normal delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Once the order is placed, we will send you the confirmation with the approximate date of receipt.
The shipping costs are 0 € (FREE) for all orders of minimum 50 euros to member states of the European Union. If the order is of less than 50 euros, the costs will be of 15 euros. For orders to other countries, the costs will be of 15 euros or free on orders above 125 euros.
You will be able to track the order through the website of the courier company.
In the order confirmation we will inform you of the tracking number so that you know at all times where the merchandise is until it is received.
If the courier cannot deliver the shipping a first time the package will be deposited at the carrier's office and you will be notified to pick it up or request a second/third delivery attempt.
The courier company UPS makes deliveries Monday through Friday during business hours, except holidays.
You can return any item purchased at SPAZIO free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery without any need for justification.
To make the return you must enter the customer area and in the Returns section you can manage the return request for the received order.
Once accepted the return, prepare the shipping package with all the items to be returned in the same state that the product was received and with all the identification tags included.
It must be packaged carefully and include the delivery note duly completed with the units to return.
Stick the pre-paid return labels into the package and request to UPS the collection of the shipment through the website or by phone, or find a convenient UPS Access Point near you to drop off the package.
Once the return is received within a period of normally 2 business days we will check the goods conditions and once accepted we will proceed to request the refund.
The refund will be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase and the time of reimbursement will depend on the method of payment.
